Going from Sintra to Colares, ask for Cape of Roca and travel until you reach the village of AZOIA and the restaurant - Refugio da Roca. Going in front in direction to the sea it will be found a sign saying URSA. Turn here along the trail and be careful with your car .At the end of the trail you have a nice parking space. At this place you will see two big rocks as shown in the photo.
Go down walking to the beach and follow to the rock.

Noiva rock is at the top left of the map in Cabo da Roca. (The yellow zones are other primary zones )

Climb must be done with nuts, friends and rocks. Routes are not equipped.
